Job Summary: Designer – Shape the Future of an Unreal Brand
We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our dynamic Brand & Creative Development team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping our brand identity through high-quality design work across both digital and print channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Art Director to create assets for a wide range of initiatives, from evergreen brand content to seasonal campaigns, events, and merchandise.

What You’ll Do: Your Responsibilities
- Partner with the Lead Art Director to design compelling digital and print assets for all brand touchpoints.
- Maintain the creative direction by crafting and executing high-quality, on-brand visuals, and expanding our existing design systems.
- Translate our brand’s vision into visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, utilizing Asana for project tracking.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance Unreal’s brand identity.
Who You Are: Your Skills and Experience
- 4-6 years of design experience, with 2+ years in CPG (brand-side preferred, agency experience a plus).
- Proficient in digital and print design, with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Familiar with project management tools like Asana.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and adaptable mindset.
- Passionate about building strong brands and making a significant impact.
- Creative problem-solver with a curious and growth-oriented approach.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, event/activation design, and/or art direction.
Compensation & Benefits
The base compensation range for this position is between $130K – $140K annually. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus. The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including role-related experience and relevant education and certifications. Bonus payout is pro-rated to start date. Employees must be employed by September 30 of the calendar year to be eligible for bonus for that calendar year.
