Digital Media and Audience Analyst – Drive Data-Driven Healthcare Campaigns

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Media and Audience Analyst to play a key role in executing impactful, cross-platform digital campaigns focused on the healthcare industry. As an Analyst, you will be instrumental in campaign management, reporting, and providing data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance and audience reach.

Reports to: Manager, Digital Media & Audience Operations

What You’ll Do: Your Impact

• Implement and support targeted D2C and HCP healthcare marketing campaigns across various digital channels and platforms.
• Create and manage tracking and tagging for diverse campaign assets to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with strategic leads to develop comprehensive campaign and audience strategies for both managed campaigns and self-serve clients.
• Manage campaigns across platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, and DSP vendors.
• Compile regular, client-facing campaign performance reports, highlighting optimizations, key insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the process of defining target audiences, creating tailored audience recommendations, and tracking audience usage for our self-serve customers.
• Manage the programmatic distribution of Definitive Healthcare Audience segments through onboarders to DSPs, SSPs, CTV platforms, social media channels, and other media destinations.
• Manage operational tasks, track issues in Jira and other tracking systems, and ensure timely and consistent internal team communication.
• Troubleshoot audience segment delivery issues (e.g., distribution completion, segment identifiers, sizes) in collaboration with end platforms and onboarders.
• Proactively escalate operational issues, delays, and challenges, providing clear solutions and recommendations.

What You’ll Bring: Your Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media, ad technology, marketing technology, or ad operations with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• A strong desire to learn new platforms and technologies independently using available resources.

Bonus Points: Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic trading and real-time bidding environments.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Business Manager), LinkedIn Ads, and LookerStudio.
• Experience using LiveRamp and other advertising operational tools.
• Knowledge of media vendors, platforms, data partners, SSPs, and DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon.
