Your Mission: Elevate Performance and Build a High-Impact Leadership Culture
As the Director, Field Enablement & Development, you will be at the forefront of driving leadership effectiveness and accelerating agent productivity across our Coldwell Banker Realty network. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior field leaders to translate business priorities into action, elevate performance, and cultivate a leadership culture that fuels growth, retention, and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Leadership Coaching & Development (40%): Deliver impactful 1:1 and cohort-based coaching programs for Branch Managers and RVPs. Facilitate leadership masterminds and design performance-based development experiences to unlock their full potential. Drive adoption of national training initiatives through strategic enablement strategies.
- Experienced Agent Enablement (15%): Provide coaching and strategic support to experienced agents as they onboard and integrate into our systems. Partner with the new-to-business enablement team to ensure a seamless and consistent experience. Act as a subject matter expert on leveraging agent productivity growth drivers.
- Change Leadership & Field Activation (15%): Lead the operationalization of enterprise priorities in the field through tailored change enablement programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Product) to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Translate complex initiatives into actionable, leader-led programming.
- Regional Executive Partnership (10%): Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Presidents and their leadership teams, providing strategic enablement support to drive field engagement and effective execution.
- Leadership Onboarding (10%): Take ownership of the onboarding experience for new Branch Managers and RVPs. Deliver role-specific coaching and training to accelerate their ramp-up time, customizing the onboarding to reflect specific market dynamics and individual leadership needs.
- Cross-Enterprise Collaboration (5%): Share and scale best practices across company-owned and affiliate brands, representing Coldwell Banker Realty in national enablement discussions.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning (5%): Identify and develop emerging leaders throughout the organization, supporting succession readiness and bench-building initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the Table: Qualifications
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on brokerage leadership or field enablement.
- Proven expertise in coaching, leadership development, or field training.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate transaction process and agent business models.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience with Coldwell Banker or multi-region brokerage operations.
- Background in learning and development or executive coaching certification.
- Proficiency with data tools and LMS platforms (Cornerstone experience is highly valued).
