Dila Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help connect exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities. Based remotely from Europe, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring our clients have access to the best talent pool.
What You’ll Do:
- Source exceptional candidates: Utilize a variety of channels โ job boards, social media, your professional network, and creative sourcing strategies โ to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Assess and qualify candidates: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Manage the recruitment process: Work closely with the Dila Recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline: Develop and maintain relationships with talented individuals for future opportunities, creating a robust network of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews efficiently: Skillfully schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data: Diligently update and maintain candidate profiles in our ATS, ensuring accurate and easily accessible information for future reference.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Language proficiency (a plus): Speaking a second European language (Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, German, etc.) is a significant advantage, particularly for BPO recruitment.
- International Recruitment Experience: Proven experience recruiting internationally, specifically sourcing high-volume, language-speaking candidates for roles in Europe, ideally within the BPO sector.
- Independent work ethic: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills: Excellent time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities are crucial for success.
- Proactive Sourcing Expertise: A demonstrated ability to leverage your own sourcing strategies and personal network to identify qualified candidates.
- European Location: Must be located in Europe.
