Global Ecommerce Product Launch Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for ecommerce and a knack for driving operational excellence? NIQ is seeking a dynamic Global Ecommerce Product Launch Manager to oversee the successful launch and ongoing effectiveness of our global ecommerce products and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end launch of global ecommerce programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Achieve business case objectives by strategically balancing revenue generation, product enhancement, operational efficiency, and technology strategy.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap, country-specific plans, and client pipeline to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with our activation framework, maintaining rigorous standards and best practices.
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure the timely delivery and stability of ecommerce products.
- Coordinate with business-as-usual operations to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new products and processes.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold high product quality standards.
- Work closely with transformational leads to facilitate successful rollouts of ecommerce solutions.
- Assess global stability across the coding ecosystem to ensure robust performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or certifications such as CFA or CIMA.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge in NIQ process E2E.
- Proficiency in tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Advanced level of English.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
