Your Impact

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be on the front lines, partnering with school and district leaders to showcase how our evidence-based educational solutions, including renowned programs like i-Ready, Magnetic Reading, and i-Ready Classroom Mathematics, can unlock equitable learning opportunities for every student.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in schools and districts within your assigned territory.
  • Proactively manage and expand a robust pipeline of sales opportunities across our comprehensive Kโ€“12 product portfolio.
  • Deliver compelling and customized product presentations, demonstrations, and needs analyses, both in-person and virtually, that align with customer’s unique goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Professional Learning, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Represent Curriculum Associates with enthusiasm and professionalism at industry conferences, trade shows, and regional education events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales or account management, ideally within the education, EdTech, or curriculum publishing sectors.
  • A strong understanding of Kโ€“12 school systems, funding cycles, and key instructional priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills that inspire confidence.
  • The ability to thrive independently in a remote, field-based role, with a willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in education or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in selling core curriculum solutions.
  • Experience selling to large districts or state-level stakeholders.

Important Details

  • Travel: Expect to travel frequently (>80%), including driving and flying, with some overnight stays required.
  • Working Environment: Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods sitting at a desk, standing at conferences/events, or driving.
