What You’ll Do:

As our EHS Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze complex data sets to develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlight key trends and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Production Management, and Finance, to enhance our EHS data systems and analytical tools.
• Compile and analyze health and safety data for OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory compliance, creating scorecards to track departmental performance.
• Support data collection from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and transforming it into usable formats for analysis.
• Assist in calculating value chain emissions, using established methodologies and best practices, and contribute to data validation and verification processes.
• Participate in annual EHS team offsite meetings and other key strategic sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., management consulting, corporate analytics, strategy, and operations).
• 2+ years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MicroStrategy.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points if you have experience with VelocityEHS, Resource Advisor (Utilities application), or similar EHS software.

The salary range for this position is $84,994.00 – $109,770.15. *
