Chronos Agency, a leading Klaviyo Master Elite Partner, is seeking a talented Activations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance for our clients worldwide.
What You’ll Do
As an Activations Specialist, you will:
- Execute and optimize engaging email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with talented copywriters and graphic designers to create compelling, high-converting emails.
- Implement optimization strategies to maximize retention marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all campaigns to guarantee error-free execution.
- Partner with our Client Strategists to develop insightful client presentations showcasing campaign performance and results.
- Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with popular marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- A solid understanding of email and SMS campaign execution best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free campaigns.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely campaign launches and adherence to deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (4pm – 12am SGT).
