Welocalize is seeking talented English speakers to join our team as Search Quality Raters. In this remote, US-based role, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing the online search engine experience by using your insightful understanding of user intent to improve AI data.

Think of it this way: you’ll be providing valuable, subjective and objective ratings based on specific project guidelines, helping to refine and optimize search engine algorithms. All tasks will be completed in American English.

Enjoy the freedom of setting your own schedule while contributing meaningfully to this important project. You’ll have the flexibility to accomplish your weekly goals with the support of our dedicated project management team, available during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time).

Project Details

• Job Title: Search Quality Rater
• Location: Remote, US-based
• Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week, up to 29 hours per week; flexible schedule
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: W2 Part-Time Employee, paid bi-weekly
• Project Longevity: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Possess a strong understanding of US popular culture.
• Have excellent online research skills and are adept at finding information quickly and efficiently.
• Are web-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a reliable computer system and internet connection.
• Use reliable anti-virus software (as web browsing is an integral part of the role).
• Can follow instructions in English and adhere to project conventions and rules.
• Are dedicated solely to this “Search Quality Rating Program” and not involved in other search or ads rating programs.
