What You’ll Do: Become Our Event Guru

As our Field Events Specialist, you will:

• Orchestrate all logistical aspects of Dropzone AI’s field marketing events, from vendor selection and booth design to shipping and post-event lead management.
• Travel across the U.S. to oversee and support events, guaranteeing seamless execution and a strong brand presence. Expect frequent travel (multiple times per month).
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event strategy with overall business objectives, ensuring that every event contributes to our company’s success.
• Manage event strategy, calendars, project timelines, and budgets to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Show us how to squeeze every last drop of value from our event investments.
• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, manage lead lists with precision, scrub data, and import leads into HubSpot.
• Represent Dropzone AI as a polished brand ambassador, engaging prospects and partners with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise and Passion

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2-5 years of experience in field marketing and events, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with major cybersecurity conferences and trade shows, including RSA, Black Hat, and various regional and channel events.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, and project management tools like Asana.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
• An outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort in professional networking environments.

Work Environment

We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Frequent travel to professional office settings and North American conferences and other events with overnight travel expected.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range below, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Dropzone your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
