About the Role: Operations & Data Analyst

As our Operations & Data Analyst, you’ll be a key player in supporting cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, managing critical datasets, and driving continuous process improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data integrity, streamline operations, and maintain the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and manage workflows and datasets across departments (finance, sales, IT, HR) to ensure streamlined information access.
• Collaborate with team members to enforce procedures and ensure timely data collection.
• Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling.
• Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
• Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements, adapting to evolving responsibilities.
• Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• 4-5+ years of related work experience as an analyst.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
• Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
• A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency (a plus).
• Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization (an advantage).
