What You’ll Do
As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will:
- Identify and attract top talent in Costa Rica using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and your existing network.
- Conduct thorough screening and initial assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules between candidates and our internal hiring managers.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress.
- Provide valuable market insights and recommend innovative sourcing strategies to optimize our recruitment efforts.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in recruitment, ideally as a freelancer or within a recruitment agency.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the Costa Rican labor market and local hiring practices.
- Is fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Is highly self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Is proficient in using online recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn and various job portals.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points
While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant asset:
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies.
- Experience hiring for roles in areas like sales, customer service, finance, and marketing.
- Availability to work flexible hours, depending on project demands.
