Join Our Client’s Team as a React Frontend Developer (Remote – India)

Are you a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer with a knack for crafting beautiful and user-friendly web experiences? Our client, a dynamic company partnering with Weekday, is seeking a talented individual to join their team and contribute to building cutting-edge web applications.

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in India and play a key role in shaping the user interface and overall experience for a rapidly growing product. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, responsive web pages and components using React. Your work will directly impact the success of the product by creating engaging landing pages, intuitive user flows, and a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive and pixel-perfect web pages and components using React.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into compelling landing pages and seamless product UI flows.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Define and maintain a design system/component library to ensure consistency across the application.
• Prototype and test new UX patterns to optimize the usability of dashboards, workflows, and content management systems.
• Optimize website performance and ensure accessibility across various browsers and devices.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-6+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your design and UI skills, demonstrating your ability to translate concepts into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Proven experience building landing pages and marketing sites, with a solid understanding of A/B testing, SEO basics, and analytics integration.
• A solid grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Next.js and animations (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Understanding of SaaS product design and developer-first UX principles.
• Knowledge of CDN, media processing, or DAM platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is Rs 15,00,000 – Rs 30,00,000 (INR 15-30 LPA), commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, remote position based in India.
