The Opportunity: Full-Stack Engineer – Searchandizing

As a Full-Stack Engineer on our Searchandizing team, you’ll play a vital role in crafting and maintaining the tools used by merchandisers to curate and optimize the product discovery journey. Your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience for millions of users worldwide.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Developing and enhancing features for our Searchandizing dashboard.
• Improving system stability and scalability to meet the demands of our growing user base.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Leading projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality results.
• Streamlining the onboarding process for new merchandisers, making it easier for them to leverage the power of Constructor.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in full-stack development and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performance applications.

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development for production applications.
• Expertise in React and Typescript.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns.
• Backend experience with any popular framework (Python preferred).
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working effectively in remote environments.
