Your Role: A Talent Acquisition Architect

As a General Recruiter, you’ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer extension. Your key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take charge of the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Strategic Sourcing: Employ a variety of innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent across diverse industries.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor your recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruitment database, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Exceptional Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging experience for every candidate throughout the entire recruitment process.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a closely related field.
• Communication Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relationship Building: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Exceptional Organisation: Impeccable organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
