About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Innovate: Translate creative briefs into original design concepts, exploring visual storytelling and typography to create engaging content.
• Design & Produce Custom Assets: Develop a wide range of assets, including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and digital advertisements optimized for both print and digital platforms.
• Elevate Brand Identity: Contribute to the evolution of brand systems and style guides, ensuring visual consistency while exploring innovative design directions.
• Collaborate and Execute: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visuals effectively support messaging and business objectives, managing projects from conception to completion while maintaining creative integrity.

What We’re Looking For in a Graphic Designer

You are a designer driven by creativity, constantly seeking opportunities to bring fresh ideas to the table. You possess a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to create visual assets that are both impactful and unique. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original design work, demonstrating a mastery of composition, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience in developing and contributing to visual brand systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bonus Points: Experience with animation, motion design, or UI/UX.

A Day in the Life

Your days will be varied and engaging, beginning with reviewing creative briefs and collaborating with stakeholders. From there, you’ll dive into designing original assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, or new brand initiatives. Collaboration and refinement based on feedback are integral to the process.
