Job Opportunity: Group Solution Manager – Commerce & Customer Experience

Are you a strategic technology leader ready to shape world-class digital experiences? Endeavour Group is seeking a dynamic Group Solution Manager to spearhead our technology vision for Commerce and Customer Experience platforms.

In this pivotal role, you’ll own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial search to final delivery. You will drive the technical product strategy and roadmap for our customer experience domain, collaborating closely with business partners and technical teams. Your focus will be on delivering innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions across both digital and in-store channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain the overall technology roadmap for the Commerce/Customer Experience domain, collaborating with Business and Technology Leads. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to devise platform solutions and guide technical decisions aligned with the business strategy.
• Innovation & Trends: Identify and assess emerging technologies, providing recommendations on investment and leveraging opportunities. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to facilitate informed business decisions. Proactively manage the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of platforms and capabilities, highlighting potential efficiencies.
• Delivery Enablement: Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Managers, Platform Managers, and Endeavour Brands to understand customer and business needs. Provide technical guidance during trimester planning to ensure quality plans, objectives, delivery milestones, and releases align with the domain roadmap.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and input into the squad backlog, particularly for capabilities/features impacting end-to-end customer outcomes. Manage technical relationships with external technology partners within the domain, including onboarding new partners.
• Performance Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the domain, providing regular performance reports. Partner with the Operations team to ensure visibility of business strategy and demand. Contribute to the management of technology partner performance.
• Leadership & Influence: Act as a key influencer, mentoring delivery squads and promoting a culture of innovation. Contribute to the overall technology direction as a core member of the IT Extended Leadership Team.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in technology management, especially with large-scale, complex projects.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Solid experience with Mobile Applications (IOS & Android), Web / Front-end, CMS, Digital Assets platforms, SEO, Search & Browse technologies
• A technical background in software development or a related field.
• A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and execute technology solutions.
• Experience in the retail industry, especially multi-channel environments, is highly desirable.
