The Opportunity
This isn’t just another PPC or SEO role. As the Growth & Lead Systems Manager, you will own the entire top-to-bottom funnel, building scalable growth machines and automating operations. You’ll have direct mentorship from the CEO and the opportunity to shape the future of our client’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Paid Media: Manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads campaigns, focusing on a CPL under $25 and 30+ high-quality leads/month.
- SEO & Site Optimization: Improve local SEO through GBP optimization, citations, backlinks, and internal linking. Collaborate with AI tools to deploy and QA optimized content across our network of sites.
- Analytics & Attribution: Build robust attribution infrastructure, unifying data across GA4, Tag Manager, and WhatConverts to track form submissions, calls, and ad conversions.
- AI & Automation: Develop growth automations using Zapier, Make, and Python scripts. Automate repetitive tasks like GBP posting, lead scoring, and content deployment.
- Innovation & Strategy: Launch and test next-generation AI-powered landing pages. Upsell and optimize existing properties based on lead volume and CPL.
What You’ll Need
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, or growth roles.
- Proven experience in local lead generation, delivering 30+ leads/month at a CPL < $40.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and WhatConverts.
- Strong background in automation using Zapier, Make, or Python.
- Experience with landing page builders and CMS platforms (Replit, Webflow, etc.).
- High responsiveness, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in rank-and-rent or high-volume affiliate SEO.
- Familiarity with Replit, SynthFlow, Local Falcon, Mangools.
- Ability to write and manage lightweight Python scripts.
- Prior experience working with AI agents for content or lead handling.
