Your Mission as Growth Marketer, EU

As our Growth Marketer, EU, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our vital healthcare professional panel. You’ll be empowered to implement innovative strategies, fostering relationships with HCPs and bolstering the quality of our research data. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Drive Growth: Take ownership of growth marketing initiatives directly impacting Konovo’s expansion within the European market.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement effective growth strategies with the flexibility to adapt and optimize based on performance.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and executed seamlessly.
• Represent Konovo: Attend conferences, training sessions, and networking events to enhance Konovo’s visibility and cultivate valuable professional relationships.
• Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns and continuously refine outreach strategies for optimal results.
• Work Independently, Collaborate Globally: Drive self-directed business development while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues across the EU and UK, fostering a strong sense of teamwork.

What We’re Looking For: Your Skills and Experience

We’re seeking a motivated professional with a passion for connecting with the healthcare community. Ideally, you’ll possess:

• Language Proficiency: Business fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, or French, in addition to business fluency in English is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, business development, healthcare engagement, or market research.
• Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to research, plan, and execute recruitment initiatives, especially within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Analytical Acumen: An analytical mindset, capable of evaluating recruitment performance and optimizing outreach efforts based on data insights.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe to support recruitment activities and represent Konovo at industry events.
