In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and effective tracking of key performance indicators for both internal and external clients.

What You’ll Do:

As our Web Analytics Implementation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring accurate and insightful data collection. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing robust and reliable conversion tracking for various online activities, including forms, buttons, e-commerce transactions, and custom events.
• Performing rigorous verification and sanity checks on conversion tracking implementations to guarantee data accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and resolving tracking issues efficiently, using your analytical skills and resourcefulness.
• Validating measurement setup within A/B testing platforms such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and heatmap tools like Hotjar.
• Creating custom reports from Google Analytics and other data sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to explain technical issues, win buy-in for solutions, and communicate progress effectively.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for web properties, including implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with website analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (UA/GA4).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a deep understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.
• Expert-level knowledge of Web Analytics (strategy, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and reporting), with a focus on Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, and related technologies.
• Experience migrating Google Analytics accounts from UA to GA4.
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
