What You’ll Do: Financial Leadership & Strategic Impact

As Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in:

• Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support our global business objectives.
• Providing strategic insights and data-driven reports to the CEO and leadership team, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Contributing to long-term financial planning and scenario analysis, ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

Global Finance Operations: Ensuring Compliance & Efficiency

Your responsibilities will also encompass overseeing our global finance operations, including:

• Managing monthly group consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of net revenue reports, country-level profitability analyses, and operating expenses across all group functions.
• Managing intercompany transactions, cash flow, and funding strategies.
• Coordinating with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and FX/payment platforms globally.

Tax & Compliance: Navigating the Global Landscape

You will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including CIT, VAT, and Transfer Pricing. This includes:

• Managing tax compliance across diverse jurisdictions, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Ensuring alignment of local statutory audits with group-level requirements.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for local tax authority inquiries.

Team Leadership & Controls: Building a High-Performing Team

As a leader, you will play a critical role in:

• Leading and developing a talented international finance team across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Implementing and maintaining robust financial controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Overseeing contract reviews for clients, vendors, and partners from a financial and compliance perspective.

Business Partnering: Collaborative Growth

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including:

• Partnering with Portfolio Management and Commercial teams on client proposals, payment terms, invoices, deposits, and FX strategies.
• Supporting sales incentive programs with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Working closely with leadership to provide reliable data and financial insight to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, multi-entity businesses.
• A qualified accountant certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
• A strong background in both audit (Big Four experience preferred) and commercial finance.
• Expertise in international accounting practices, particularly in Hong Kong, Japan, and China, with familiarity in EMEA and the Americas.
• Solid knowledge of treasury management, tax, and cross-border compliance.
• Proven experience leading teams and implementing scalable processes.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively partner with diverse teams across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas.
