What You’ll Do:

As a Remote Health & Wellness Sales Representative, you will:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to engage with customers and understand their health needs.
• Utilize your knowledge of the health and/or medical field to educate customers and effectively communicate the value of our health and wellness products.
• Provide outstanding customer service by offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance our company’s image and reputation.
• Proactively promote new products and services through outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, including outbound calling.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry (a plus!).
• A strong phone presence with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• A customer-centric approach and the ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• The ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Compensation & Benefits:

Enjoy a base salary of $500-$700 per month, plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings of $1300+ per month. In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being, and professional development.
