About the HR Intern Role

As our HR Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our People Operations team, focusing on recruiting coordination and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You’ll work closely with the VP of People Operations, gaining valuable experience across various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, track pipeline status, and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists, assist with documentation, coordinate orientation sessions, and facilitate new hire engagement.
  • HR Operations Support: Provide administrative support across HR functions, update employee records and HR dashboards, and contribute to special HR projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and a willingness to learn HR tools.
  • Genuine interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
