What You’ll Do:

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the entire onboarding process from initial deal closure to successful go-live. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing client onboarding initiatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Serving as the main point of contact and escalation point for client leadership.
• Coordinating client onboarding meetings with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining Implementation Checklist documentation to track progress against client onboarding workplans.
• Managing NexTech system and Trizetto Clearinghouse enrollment, ensuring proper connectivity, payer mapping, and CPT grouping review.
• Maintaining internal end-user credentials and logins.
• Assisting Maintenance Account Managers with internal staff onboarding for a seamless transition after onboarding completion.
• Supervising a multi-disciplinary team (on-shore and off-shore) responsible for implementation management.
• Managing and overseeing practice key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating client RCM health status.
• Providing captivating, positive, and high-quality client communication.
• Handling other tasks and projects as required.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Associate degree in medical billing or a related field, OR three years of relevant medical billing/AR management, client implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-specialty, Professional Billing practices. Experience with Ophthalmology and Dermatology billing is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Nextech Select and Trizetto Clearinghouse is highly preferred.
• Experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Must have a professional working environment with reliable phone and internet access.
• Occasional limited travel may be required.
