Join Our Customer Success Team as an Implementation Support Specialist
SmithRx is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Success team. In this crucial role, you will provide essential support to core implementation functions, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality SmithRx experience. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) during new group implementations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Gather and meticulously document TPA requirements, including contact information, deadlines, account structures, group numbers, invoicing details, ID card specifications, and eligibility file formats, using standardized project templates and tools.
- Assist Implementation Managers and Analysts with various project tasks throughout the entire new group implementation lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed project plans and open items logs to proactively monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate daily tasks for a pod of Implementation Managers and/or Specialists to optimize workplace productivity.
- Execute administrative tasks, including accurate data entry of new group implementations within relevant systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles within our CRM tool.
- Act as a key liaison between the internal contracting and invoicing teams and the Implementation Team, facilitating efficient information flow.
- Provide critical go-live support to Implementation Managers, Analysts, and TPAs, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Participate in post-go-live discussions to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in the entire new group implementation lifecycle, contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external client meetings.
- Manage a high volume of tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and project milestones with precision.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail on all project requirements to ensure client needs are consistently met.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of tasks.
What You’ll Bring to SmithRx: Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in the healthcare and/or pharmacy industries.
- Proven experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Preferred: Corporate experience.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Proficiency in the Google platform/apps.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong team player with a desire to contribute to collective success.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering near-term results.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks with grace and efficiency.
