CSI Global is embarking on an exciting strategic expansion into the North American market. After a period focusing on the UK and the Gulf regions, we’ve identified North America as a critical territory for our next phase of growth. Based on the strong positive reception to our initial offshore marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn, we’ve seen clear validation of the market potential. To capitalize on this momentum and build meaningful connections, we are establishing a local Inside Sales presence on the ground in North America.

This role is pivotal in reigniting and growing CSI Global’s presence in a key market. You will be the initial voice and connection point for prospects, playing a crucial role in identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships from the ground floor. It’s an opportunity to directly impact our expansion and work closely with a supportive global team.
What You’ll Do: Driving Engagement and Identifying Needs
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with potential clients across North America. Your focus will be on understanding their business and how CSI Global can provide value.
Your Impact & Daily Responsibilities:
- Connect & Introduce: Proactively reach out to prospects through social media (especially LinkedIn), phone, and email to introduce CSI Global and our specialized offerings.
- Discover Insights: Engage in conversations to gain a high-level understanding of prospects’ companies, their current processes, and critically, the challenges, gaps, or constraints they face that relate to our services.
- Collaborate on Solutions: Provide valuable input and context from your prospect conversations to our offshore technical and solutions team, helping them craft tailored proposals.
- Present Value: Work alongside the offshore team to present proposed solutions to prospects, clearly articulating the benefits and fit.
- Nurture Relationships: Follow up diligently through the sales cycle, whether it involves coordinating a pilot project, moving towards a request for quote (RFQ), or simply maintaining contact.
- Build Lasting Connections: After a relationship is established, continue engaging to gauge customer satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for additional services or partnerships.

You won’t be starting from scratch. Our established offshore team will provide crucial support, enabling you to focus on high-value engagement.
Here’s how we envision our partnership:
- Our dedicated offshore team will handle initial market research, build the database of target companies and contacts, and initiate connection requests.
- Based on our strategic focus and the potential identified through initial interactions, the offshore team will provide you with a qualified list of contacts and companies ready for deeper engagement.
- You, as the Inside Sales Representative, will then take the lead, leveraging your communication and relationship-building skills via social media, phone calls, and email to execute the responsibilities outlined above.

- Self-Driven: A true self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal direct supervision, managing your own time and priorities effectively.
- Organized & Reliable: Proven organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple tasks and consistently delivering on commitments.
- Remote Relationship Building: Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships effectively in a remote or inside sales capacity is a significant plus.
- Industry Acumen: A background or familiarity with structural engineering services or related technical consulting fields would be highly advantageous, allowing for quicker understanding of client needs.
