Your Mission: Uncovering Potential and Matching Skills
As a Technical Interviewer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our candidates. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying individuals who not only possess the necessary technical skills but also align with our clients’ cultures. Your primary responsibility will be conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidate suitability, and providing valuable feedback to our recruitment team. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct concise, focused initial interviews (around 20 minutes) with technical specialists, utilizing our structured interview guidelines powered by Team Fill.
- Thoroughly evaluate candidate qualifications based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their technical capabilities and soft skills.
- Craft insightful and informative feedback reports to guide the recruitment team’s decision-making process.
- Collaborate effectively with the recruitment team, providing updates on candidate progress and any relevant observations.
- Champion a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
What You Bring to the Table:

- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or interviewing, with a bonus if you have experience in the IT sector.
- The ability to understand and assess technical skills based on provided guidelines and questions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate and efficient candidate evaluation.
- A professional and empathetic approach to candidates, creating a comfortable and engaging interview environment.
- The ability to thrive in an independent, remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
