Your Mission as Our IT Administrator

As our IT Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our IT systems, with a strong emphasis on cloud security, endpoint management, and overall IT infrastructure. You will ensure our remote-first environment remains secure, up-to-date, and optimized for peak performance. Your expertise will be vital in protecting our company’s data and enabling our teams to work efficiently from anywhere.

• Manage and optimize Intune, Azure, M365, and other cloud-based tools.
• Oversee comprehensive endpoint management for both Mac and Windows devices.
• Implement and manage robust Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
• Ensure reliable system backups and proactively monitor for vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for all IT processes, systems, and infrastructure.
• Provide exceptional, proactive support for all IT-related issues in our remote-first setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our security protocols.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a proactive problem-solver with a passion for security.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Administration or Endpoint Management.
• Expertise with Intune, Azure, M365, and associated tools.
• Deep understanding of DLP, MFA, backup solutions, and vulnerability management.
• Experience managing both Mac and Windows environments.
• A strong security-first mindset and a commitment to protecting company assets.
• Proven experience working in a remote-first environment or with distributed teams.
• Excellent documentation skills and a process-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English (required); German language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
