Responsibilities: Your Impact at TE Connectivity

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a global collaborative culture, contributing your innovative ideas and actions to shape the world of tomorrow. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting IT project managers in planning, monitoring, and executing projects across business functions.
• Assisting in creating project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives by analyzing bottlenecks and recommending enhancements.
• Collaborating with innovation teams to explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Researching industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Assisting in developing business use cases for AI applications, including workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.
• Supporting pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to evaluate feasibility and impact of new technologies.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Conducting data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy.
• Contributing to user acceptance testing, training materials, and change management efforts.

You’re the Ideal Candidate If:

• You have a high school diploma or GED.
• You are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• You preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $64,600 – 96,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
