Seeking Italian-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator

Are you a native or fluent Italian speaker with a passion for creating a safe and positive online community? Join our client, a leading multinational BPO, as an Italian-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator. This exciting opportunity, available both remotely and on-site, allows you to make a real difference in shaping the digital landscape.

Your Mission:

As a vital member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all user-generated content adheres to our community guidelines and standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a respectful and engaging environment for users worldwide.

  • Review and evaluate content submissions (comments, videos, images, posts) based on established guidelines, approving or rejecting them as needed.
  • Proactively monitor user interactions and enforce community standards by issuing warnings or bans when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to maintain consistency and accuracy in policy implementation.
  • Become an expert in understanding and applying client-specific policies and guidelines effectively.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Italian (B2-C2 level).
  • Excellent command of English (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to handle potentially sensitive or challenging content.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
