Your Impact at CI&T

• Lead & Inspire: Provide technical direction and inspirational leadership to a team of talented software developers.
• Champion Innovation: Lead the adoption of CI&T’s next-generation development model, deeply integrated with AI and the power of Flow.
• Drive Maturity: Implement and monitor key metrics to track and enhance the engineering team’s maturity and performance.
• Agile Advocate: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Value-Driven Backlog: Contribute to the creation and prioritization of the development backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value delivery.
• Solution Architect & Implementer: Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions, guaranteeing the quality and scalability of our systems.
• Code Quality Guardian: Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Cultivate Growth: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Client-Centric Focus: Proven experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Java & Spring Boot Expertise: Extensive experience in Java development with Spring Boot, with a strong track record in building web applications and RESTful services.
• Web Development Proficiency: Solid understanding of React and modern web development principles.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Agile & DevOps Mindset: Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
