Your Mission: Drive Leads and Fuel Growth
As a Digital Marketer, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, generating a steady stream of qualified leads for our sales team and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for driving organic website growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of opportunities for the Sales team, driving revenue growth.
- Coordinate and enhance organic growth across our portfolio of websites, implementing effective SEO strategies.
- Experiment with and scale paid acquisition campaigns, maximizing ROI and expanding our reach.
- Optimize inbound conversion funnels, turning website visitors into valuable MQLs and SQLs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, developers, and PPC experts to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work in close proximity with outbound demand generation
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives for specific business units within TechMagic’s portfolio.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
- 6+ months of marketing experience (we welcome applications from candidates with specialized education, even without direct commercial experience).
- Basic experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, SEO specialists, and developers (a plus!).
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO and PPC principles.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, schedule, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of outbound marketing (a plus).
- Marketing certifications (a plus).
- Project management skills (a plus).
The Interview Process:

- Interview with the Growth Marketing Manager.
- A brief test task to showcase your skills.
- Final interview with the Head of Marketing.
