Your Mission: Ignite Our French Influencer Strategy

As our Junior Influencer Marketing Manager for France, you will play a vital role in supporting our influencer activities, bringing campaigns to life, and collaborating with our agency partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Marketing Strategy: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of impactful influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Agency Collaboration: Work closely with local agencies and partners to implement influencer activations and explore new social media opportunities.
• Campaign Management: Support campaign setup, influencer communication, content review, and performance tracking.
• Reporting & Insights: Collect data, prepare reports, and contribute to the analysis of campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest influencer trends, competitor activities, and cultural developments in France to generate innovative ideas for our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background: A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus. We are open to candidates with practical experience through internships, working student roles, or similar.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (internships, projects, or 1–2 years working experience), ideally within the Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors.
• Language Skills: Native French and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attitude: Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow as a marketing professional while contributing your own ideas.
