What You’ll Do: Your Impact

As a Knowledge and Communications Writer, you will be at the forefront of delivering vital information to our clients and talents worldwide. You will play a critical role in shaping our external and internal communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a consistent brand voice.

• Craft impactful external communications: Draft and deliver mass announcements on operational, HR, compliance, product, and payroll topics for our clients and talents.
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
• Develop engaging content: Build and maintain a newsletter showcasing WorkMotion’s leadership in global compliance.
• Audit and refine knowledge resources: Conduct systematic audits of internal knowledge, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts: Partner with legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to translate complex information into accessible Help Center content.
• Create essential documentation: Draft and refine procedure manuals, technical specs, and communication templates for internal and client-facing use.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of communications principles and a drive to create exceptional content.

• Proven communication skills with a background or interest in external communications, PR, or corporate messaging.
• Excellent command of English, with meticulous attention to grammar, structure, and tone.
• Strong attention to detail and editorial discipline.
• Experience or a strong interest in translating technical, compliance, or operational subjects into clear and credible content.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote team environment and a willingness to learn.
