Are you a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer ready to lead the charge in designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge cloud infrastructure? At TransUnion, we’re seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead DevOps Engineer, playing a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our commercial services.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our cloud transformation, responsible for:

• Leading the design, creation, configuration, and automated deployment of cloud infrastructure environments.
• Overseeing the automation of infrastructure builds and deployments in AWS or GCP.
• Providing expert technology assessments and guidance for cloud migrations.
• Championing the automation of operational processes to streamline workflows.
• Driving improvements to production and non-production systems, ensuring peak performance, security, and compliance.
• Implementing and automating the full SDLC lifecycle for both application and infrastructure as code workloads.
• Leading the automation of business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Participating in a 24×7 on-call rotation, providing support and resolving incidents.
• Conducting thorough root cause analysis for service performance incidents and leading remediation efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in using advanced monitoring and debugging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubectl.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP (mandatory).
• Advanced working experience in Linux environments (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and experience with tools like Kubernetes YAML and Helm.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and Big Data technologies is a plus.
