The Opportunity: Lead the Charge in Software Innovation

As a Lead Software Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications and services. You’ll leverage your expertise in Angular and ASP.NET Core to build scalable and responsive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of software developers and quality assurance engineers in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate with product managers to define key milestones and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Perform full-stack development, from front-end to data access layers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Actively contribute to software architecture decisions, design strategies, and code reviews.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead the way with the development and adherence to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.

What We’re Looking For: Your Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in software development within an Agile, team-based environment.
• 7+ years of experience developing responsive web applications.
• 3+ years of experience as an agile development team lead.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Deep expertise in Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS, and HTML.
• Proven experience in building robust APIs and adhering to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
• Experience with event-based software design and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, and Entity Framework Core or similar object-relational mapping frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
