Your Mission as Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own and optimize the entire customer journey at Muvr. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across various direct channels. Your mission is to guide users from their first interaction through activation, engagement, and deep loyalty, driving significant business impact through timely, relevant, and personalized communications.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the architect of our user communication flows, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs covering key stages: acquisition, onboarding, active usage (retention), win-back (reactivation), and building loyalty.
- Developing sophisticated segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalized messaging based on user behavior, demographic data, and intent signals.
- Taking full ownership of campaign operations, from initial content briefing and asset creation to technical setup, rigorous QA, and timely deployment across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn rate, Customer Lifetime Value – LTV), using data insights to inform iteration and optimization.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice, consistent messaging, and seamless user flows across all touchpoints.
- Building, managing, and optimizing complex automated customer journeys and workflows within our chosen marketing automation platform.
- Analyzing customer journey data to identify growth opportunities, potential drop-off points, and new ways to increase engagement and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or retention marketing.
- Proven experience working with leading marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or similar industry tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages that resonate with different user segments.
- Comfort analyzing data and interpreting marketing analytics, including familiarity with key funnel metrics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a B2C or marketplace startup environment is a significant plus.
