Are you a meticulous planner with a passion for renewable energy? RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Long Term Planner to join our dynamic Fleet Servicing team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our offshore wind turbine fleet across the UK and Germany.

About the Role: Your Impact on Sustainable Energy

As the Long Term Planner, you will be at the heart of our offshore operations, responsible for the efficient planning and reporting of all scheduled maintenance activities. Reporting to the Fleet Servicing Team Lead, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and efficiency are maintained while optimizing vessel utilization across our portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring a 5-year to 14-day fleet servicing planning process, ensuring compliance with all corporate and legal requirements while minimizing commercial impact.
• Accountable for the efficient scheduling of agreed servicing, ensuring timely and technically complete maintenance by the fleet servicing team.
• Implementing and optimizing maintenance workflow processes using KPIs and metrics to monitor performance.
• Collaborating with Project Engineers and Operations Managers to understand and implement site and SOV team needs, aligning with service team KPIs.
• Managing Maintenance Worker Orders, allocating resources and consumables before campaign commencement, and acting as the primary CMMS contact.
• Collaborating with site operations and engineering teams on maintenance priorities, highlighting technical, operational, and commercial risks associated with planned work changes.
• Ensuring project plans are regularly updated and reviewed to enable effective monitoring and forecasting, communicated to site management and stakeholders.
• Providing accurate reporting to the team and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of progress, deviations, and project risks for effective mitigation.

What You’ll Bring: Skills and Experience

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in optimizing commercial availability through maintenance and resource planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact at various levels and across cultures.
• Strong knowledge and experience using and managing a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Previous experience in production and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Excel.
• Familiarity with Marine Management Software for planning and manifesting.

Bonus Points: Stand Out from the Crowd

While not essential, having GWO certifications (Global Wind Organisation) would be a distinct advantage.

Location and Benefits: Flexibility and Growth

This position offers flexibility, with the base location at any of our UK sites or home-based. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday (37 hours per week), with occasional flexibility required. Travel to sites within the UK, Europe, and overseas, including overnight stays, will be necessary.
