Join Our Team as a Manager, People Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, People Operations to join our fully remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our company by designing, implementing, and continuously improving global systems, processes, and workflows. As the Manager, People Operations, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, responsible for developing innovative systems from scratch while also being ready to roll up your sleeves and execute. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, global compliance, and operational excellence across our remote, global workforce. You will directly manage two team members and bring systems-thinking, operational rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategy and optimization of HR technology including HRIS, ATS and LMS.
- Optimize workflows to reduce manual work and increase automation.
- Ensure data integrity, drive reporting and insights to help us make better people decisions.
- Partner with cross functional partners to improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless, consistent experience.
- Oversees and executes global HR operations across multiple regions and countries. Primary point of contact for our employer of record (EOR).
- Partner with legal and local advisors to maintain up-to-date policies, handbooks, and employment practices.
- Define and improve People team processes and documentation.
- Lead our remote work policies including guidelines surrounding global mobility processes.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine our compensation programs, salary structures, and leveling frameworks that align with our values and support equitable growth.
- Serve as a key partner in the evolution of our global benefits strategy, including broker engagement, vendor oversight, and regional benefit design.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- 8โ10+ years of HR/People Operations experience in high-growth, global environments.
- Proven experience owning and scaling HR systems and total rewards programs.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Rippling, Checkr, Comp Analyst, Velocity Global or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail, process ownership, and documentation.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with deep comfort working in dashboards, workflows, and systems.
- Experience managing direct reports and scaling People Ops teams.
- Familiarity with remote-first and globally distributed team models.

We believe in rewarding our team members with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $140,000 – $165,000 based on experience and location.
- 401k Match: We match 200% of your contributions up to the first 5% of your salary, for a potential total match of 10%.
