Mandatory Internship: Game Design & Quality Assurance (AR/VR Focus)

Are you a rising talent with an undeniable passion for gaming, specifically the exciting world of VR? Do you require a mandatory internship as part of your studies and dream of gaining real-world experience contributing to cutting-edge AR/VR projects? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Mandatory Intern to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and playability of our immersive titles. While the title aligns with your interest in Game Design, your primary focus will be on hands-on Quality Assurance (QA), a critical function that directly impacts the user experience and informs the design process.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert player of our VR multiplayer games, testing both solo and with the team to uncover every nuance.
• Dive into project documentation and requirements to strategically plan and define the scope of your testing efforts.
• Analyze gameplay and functionality with a critical eye, quickly identifying inconsistencies, bugs, and potential user experience problems.
• Clearly and thoroughly document and report all findings, ensuring issues are accurately captured for the development team.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A genuinely passionate gamer with a strong understanding of the current VR gaming scene.
• An effective communicator with the ability to work seamlessly within a small, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and approaches problem-solving with enthusiasm.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are considered a plus.
• Equipped with basic technical knowledge that helps you understand project requirements and inform your testing strategy.
• Currently enrolled in a program requiring a mandatory internship.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience in QA Testing or using bug tracking software (like JIRA).
• Basic knowledge in scripting or a programming language, or experience with databases.
