Your Opportunity: Marketing Compliance Officer
In our dynamic and regulated industry, maintaining robust compliance standards is paramount. We are seeking a diligent and experienced Marketing Compliance Officer to play a critical role in ensuring all our marketing activities, partnerships, and affiliate efforts not only reach our audience effectively but also adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and internal policies. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Guard Our Brand Integrity Through Rigorous Review
You will champion our commitment to compliant communications by meticulously reviewing and approving a wide range of marketing materials. Conduct thorough compliance audits on campaigns, advertisements, and various communications, providing actionable feedback and expert guidance to our marketing teams to proactively address and resolve potential issues before they arise.
Ensure Compliant Growth via Partnership Oversight
Monitor and evaluate the marketing activities of our strategic partners and affiliate network to ensure seamless adherence to both contractual agreements and relevant marketing regulations. Perform essential risk assessments for new and existing collaborations, offering recommendations for enhancing affiliate and partnership compliance programs. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing the framework that governs this critical area.
Shape Best Practices & Foster Awareness
Contribute to the evolution of our compliance framework by assisting in the creation and refinement of marketing compliance policies and procedures. Educate our internal teams, affiliates, and partners through engaging training sessions, ensuring a deep understanding and consistent application of compliance requirements across the board.
Stay Ahead of the Curve & Report Effectively
Proactively monitor the ever-changing landscape of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to marketing compliance. Document and report any identified compliance issues, collaborating seamlessly with our legal and central compliance departments to drive timely resolution. Act as a key liaison during audits, providing necessary information and support.
Be a Strategic Partner
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Central Compliance, embedding compliance considerations strategically into our marketing efforts. Provide clear, concise, and actionable compliance insights that inform and support key business decisions.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re looking for a professional with:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing compliance, ideally within a regulated industry like financial services.
- A deep and practical understanding of applicable marketing regulations, industry standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in monitoring and managing affiliate and partnership compliance programs.
- Exceptional analytical skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
