We seamlessly integrate with EHRs and offer a secure, web-based portal, making a real difference for patients and providers alike.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will own the strategic vision and execution of maxRTE’s marketing efforts. You’ll be instrumental in driving significant growth, expanding our market presence, and fueling demand for our cutting-edge solutions. What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape & Execute Strategy: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy specifically focused on demand generation, lead acquisition, and accelerating growth in the healthcare tech market.
  • Drive Digital Excellence: Lead all aspects of our digital marketing presence, including SEO (leveraging AI insights), SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and nurturing campaigns, with a clear objective of generating high-quality SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • Build Compelling Content: Define and oversee a robust content strategy aimed at educating our target audience and driving lead conversion. This includes developing engaging and informative assets like blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and customer case studies.
  • Optimize Revenue Operations: Partner closely with our Sales team on revenue operations. You’ll leverage marketing automation and technology (potentially including AI tools) to optimize campaign execution, streamline workflows, and develop effective sequences within our CRM.
  • Launch & Innovate: Take the lead on launching new products and features to the market, coordinating seamlessly with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and impact.
  • Manage Resources: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize ROI and deliver against key performance indicators, particularly SQL volume and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a significant portion in the healthcare software or B2B SaaS industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully designing and executing marketing strategies that directly resulted in significant demand generation and delivered measurable SQLs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, with an understanding of tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • A creative, strategic, and analytical thinker who excels at problem-solving and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • A strong results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving measurable outcomes and demonstrating marketing’s impact on revenue.
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) is a significant advantage.
