We’re on the hunt for a skilled Mid-Weight Full Stack Engineer to join our team based in Mexico. You’ll play a key role in building out our next generation of digital services and platforms, working across our core tech stack of ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS. This is a fantastic opportunity offering significant project ownership and the chance to tackle complex frontend challenges while working directly with premier clients like Universal, Disney, Twitch, Netflix, and Sony Pictures. Projects are anything but routine – from engaging AR experiences to sophisticated web platforms.

What You’ll Do

As a Mid-Weight Full Stack Engineer at Powster, you will:

• Develop and contribute to the architecture and build of our digital services and web platforms.
• Collaborate closely with our Production teams, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.
• Manage and optimize our serverless, static site delivery pipeline, primarily using React and AWS.
• Champion technical best practices and represent our engineering expertise when interacting with top-tier clients in the entertainment industry.
• Foster a supportive environment, actively collaborating with and assisting colleagues across Production and Sales teams.

You thrive on tackling complex challenges and are passionate about staying ahead of the curve with modern web development practices. Your passion for technology extends beyond the workplace; you’re someone who continuously hones their skills and loves building things just for the sake of creation. Excellent communication skills are a must – you can clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Technically, we’re seeking candidates with:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of the JavaScript ecosystem, including proficiency with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience with or a keen interest in web 3D/AR/VR technologies (WebGL, Canvas, WebAR, three.js).
• Proven experience consuming and developing APIs.
• Practical experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS.
