What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development, driving innovation and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with GR8 Tech’s business objectives.
• Providing visionary leadership, guiding the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, continuous improvement, and scaling.
• Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic growth.
• Defining and tracking key product metrics, utilizing data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Prioritizing the product backlog, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategic objectives.
• Acting as the voice of the customer, fostering strong relationships, and integrating feedback into the product development process.
• Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to deliver seamless and high-quality product releases.
• Coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on complex product initiatives, and driving efficient execution.
• Serving as a key liaison between business and technology, effectively communicating product vision and priorities.
• Setting and tracking product goals, ensuring measurable success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leveraging A/B testing and data-driven hypothesis validation to optimize product performance.
• Maximizing the financial performance of products and ensuring a strong return on investment.
• Communicating product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders through regular reporting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Manager role.

• Deep expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience, effectively collaborating with development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• A high level of ownership and autonomy, capable of taking full responsibility for the product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating customer insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, updates, and challenges to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Experience in the gambling or gaming industry (a significant plus).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (highly desirable).
• Prior experience managing B2B products (a significant advantage).
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and CRM strategy (a plus).
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with the ability to communicate with clients and deliver pre-sale product demos.
