Your Role: Own Our Story on Social Media

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist (SMM Specialist) ready to take the reins of our social presence on Instagram and TikTok. This is your chance to build from the ground up, shape our brand’s voice, and drive engagement that leads to viral moments and widespread recognition. Imagine proudly saying, “I built that!” when our campaigns are trending and our brand is being celebrated.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our SMM Specialist, you will be instrumental in:

• Developing and refining our comprehensive social media content strategy specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
• Bringing that strategy to life by crafting creative briefs, writing scripts, and managing collaborations with designers and external video production contractors.
• Writing compelling and on-brand captions and copy that resonate with our target audience.

What You Bring: Essential Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a foundational skill set including:

• Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to create effective SMM strategies.
• Solid understanding of key social media metrics, analytics, and performance tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest Instagram algorithm and TikTok algorithm trends.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Experience working with AI tools for content creation or analysis.
• Excellent copywriting skills, ideally with experience in AI-assisted writing.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Focusing on Strategy & Management

To be clear, this role is focused on social media strategy and management. You won’t be responsible for shooting, editing, or graphic design – we have dedicated budget to work with talented contractors for visual asset creation.

Nice-to-Haves & Cultural Fit

While not strictly required, experience in international markets (especially fashion or product-focused tech), a knack for curating viral content, or some foundational design/editing skills are definite advantages.
