About the Role
As a key member of the design and marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting high-impact motion graphics and video assets. Your work will bring stories to life across various digital platforms, contributing directly to marketing campaigns, product explainers, brand videos, and engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and create captivating motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and animated infographics.
- Transform scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into polished video content and animations, aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, design, and content teams to produce high-quality video assets for websites, advertisements, product launches, and social media platforms.
- Edit raw video footage, enhancing it with compelling graphics, seamless transitions, impactful sound effects, complementary music, and professional voiceovers to ensure top-notch production quality.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools, ensuring content remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining consistently high production standards.
- Optimize motion graphic assets for optimal performance across diverse platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and consistent naming conventions for efficient workflow.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a significant plus.
- A strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
- Proven experience working with storyboards, style frames, and animatics.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, unwavering creativity, and a genuine passion for motion design.
Bonus Points
- Experience with UI animation or micro-interactions.
- Exposure to video scripting or creative direction.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Experience working in agencies, product companies, or creative studios.
