What You’ll Do:

As our Senior NPD Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation process, driving medium-scale projects from conception to successful launch. You will:

• Orchestrate cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact between project teams, planning, and leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
• Craft and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and critical milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and provide clear, transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and swift resolution of challenges.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support non-project-related activities as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

• A technical degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of proven project management experience.
• A solid understanding of PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment (a plus!).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Resilience and adaptability in the face of ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a bonus but not required.
