Online Reputation & PR Lead – Shape Our Story

Your Impact: Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and Engage: Actively monitor and respond to feedback across diverse online platforms, including Reddit, BBB, Trustpilot, YouTube, and industry forums.
• Sentiment Analysis & Insights: Generate insightful sentiment analysis reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with our Customer Support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Crisis Communication Management: Develop and execute crisis communication plans, providing expert support for executive messaging during critical moments.
• Strategic PR Development: Develop and implement a dynamic PR strategy focused on securing speaking engagements and podcast appearances for Achieve’s leadership.
• Content Creation & Pitching: Craft compelling press releases, engaging blog content, and pitch impactful earned media opportunities to elevate our brand.

What You’ll Bring: Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Public Relations, Brand Communications, or Online Reputation Management.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft both reactive and proactive messaging.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with reputation management and monitoring tools such as Google Alerts, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Mention.
• Executive Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of regulatory, privacy, and brand risk factors within the education sector.
• Bonus Points: A track record of securing earned media coverage in the education or workforce development space.

Schedule: Enjoy a flexible work schedule, requiring a minimum of 5 hours of overlap during the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST business day.
