- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role or a closely related function within a business environment.
- Previous experience providing direct support and interacting with customers.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is highly valued, or a strong eagerness and proven ability to thrive and learn rapidly in such a dynamic setting.
- Experience working with or managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) relationships is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can articulate complex information clearly and build rapport easily.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
- A demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new skills and understand unfamiliar problem domains.
