About the Role
As an Outbound Calling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in verifying client data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. This is not a sales role; your primary responsibility is to confirm and update client information, contributing to seamless administrative processes and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Client Data Verification: Conduct outbound calls to confirm and update client names and addresses, ensuring data integrity.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Meticulously enter and verify all collected data into the system.
- Professional Communication: Follow standardized call scripts while maintaining a natural, courteous, and professional tone.
- Client Support: Answer basic client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Escalation Management: Transfer complex inquiries or concerns to the main office and document all issues for follow-up.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Manage daily call volumes of 100โ200 calls consistently, utilizing call center and CRM software to track progress and record outcomes.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets while upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to all provided guidelines and procedures.
- Brand Representation: Represent the client’s brand with utmost professionalism in every interaction.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Remote Work Setup: Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
A Day in the Life
Your day will begin by logging into the call center platform, reviewing your call list, and preparing for client outreach. You will spend the majority of your time making outbound calls to verify client information, updating the system in real time. While most interactions will be straightforward, you’ll occasionally transfer calls for more complex inquiries. You’ll focus on accuracy, meeting daily targets, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism. Your work will directly contribute to a successful open enrollment season.
